I've recently finished a drawing of the group Guns 'n' Roses and, as usual, took photos as the drawing progressed so I've created a slide show.
Having sketched out the basic outlines, I worked my way across the drawing, adding detail to the individuals. Once I had covered the whole drawing, I then went over several times adding depth, darkening tone and picking out highlights. For this reason, the last few slides at first glance may appear very similar, but it's the working up of these layers which make a difference to the final drawing.
